I walked in and asked the receptionist if I needed to check in with her since I had started my registration earlier today. She told me no and to have a seat. I completed my registration and checked in at 6:30pm. There was 1 other person in the waiting room and 1 empty room (the others may have been full). 40 min later the receptionist calls me up to tell me they are no longer taking walk-ins. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I WALKED IN 40 min prior. She stated she was busy with the people that walked in before me. No apology or consideration. Luckily a different urgent care down the road was able to see my sick child even though their waiting room was busier.

Very pleasant staff. They fit me in as a walk-in on Christmas Eve when they were already completely booked. I was in and out in an hour. The doctor was kind and provided good care.

The online appointment setup was fast and easy. The second I walked in, the office looked clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. The receptionist was extremely polite, and positive. I virtually had no wait time. The nurse was just as friendly as the receptionist. The doctor was just as pleasant to work with too. The doctor was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had everything I needed taken care of in record time. They weren’t rushing, just prompt. This was, by far, the best Urgent Care experience that I’ve ever had.

I have had the joy of being a patient here twice in one week for entirely separate reasons, yay- love this for me. Everyone there was great both times. Efficient with their time, feedback, explanations, and medication recommendations. Good listeners. Great experience. For reference, I made a next day appointment the first time and same day appointment the second time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They claim to accept walk in with no appt necessary. I arrived with a very obviously sick infant and was turned away. Horrible healthcare. Do not take your kids here.

New to the area from out of state and Walked in to be seen as the sign literally on the front window says “walk in” only to be told the next time slot was over two hours and they couldn’t see my husband for ear pain despite having an empty waiting room and empty rooms with staff just sitting around. On top of that the lady at the front desk was very rude and arrogant. Definitely won’t be using Novant health system down here. Don’t say it’s a walk in urgent care if it’s not that’s false advertising

Know what tests you want done before going and specifically ask for those tests. Advocate for yourself. You may get a doctor who cares and will look at all options. You will most likely get a doctor who only wants to argue about what else may be causing your symptoms and doesn't want to run any tests. I'm not a hypochondriac, FYI. I'm chronically ill and thanks to good doctors at other locations, I've learned what to ask for.

Staff was friendly. Although there was a long wait, I was able to reserve a spot and go home to wait. My reserved time was honored when I got back and I didn't have to spend my whole day sitting an an urgent care!
